Our History and About Us

Life Force Cultural Arts Academy is a 501©3 tax -exempt corporation that was established as Dundu Dole Inc. in 1991 and renamed and incorporated in November 1997. It was established to:

• Offer community cultural arts dance, drumming and folklore on a grass roots level.
• To utilize arts as a way to provide positive character building activities.
• To encourage multicultural arts as a creative form of expression.

The Dundu Dole Urban Ballet company members are selected from community classes and outreach services. The company has performed at various venues throughout the Tampa Bay area as well as the Southeast, most recently performing for the Rockland County School System, New York, New Jersey Performing Arts High School and The Apollo Theater in New York.

For over a decade our outreach curriculum has allowed our organization to reach out and provide services such as drumming, history, folklore, dance, and percussion classes as well as choreography and performance techniques to thousands of youngsters and adults in our community.

Life Force’s mission is to utilize cultural and performing arts to help youth, adults and families promote cultural expression, education enhancement and life skills development.
