 | Jai Hinson, MS – Executive Director
Jai has been engaged with cultural and performing arts for over 40 years. Originally for the New Jersey, New York Metropolitan area, Jai has performed and worked with many renowned artists, choreographers and institutions, including The Dance Theater of Harlem, Alvin Ailey, Chuck Davis, Eleo Palmeri, Moustapha Bangoura from the Guinea Ballet and many more.
Jai has spent the last nineteen years sharing her gifts and talents with the youth and families of the Tampa Bay Area. Jai has made working with youth her life’s mission. |

Ebony Harris – Administrative Assistant
Ebony has been with Life Force for almost fifteen years, since she was 5 years old, first as a participant, then as a Dundu Dole Company member, and finally as an incredible Administrative Assistant. Ebony is very dedicated and dependable and always " Holds Down The Fort!" We Love Ebony! |

Lauren Gilbert, BFA – Family Support Worker
Ms. Lauren has been with Life Force for four years. Lauren joined our family as an incredible dancer, choreographer and performing artist with the Chocolate Nutcracker and Lauren now passes on much of what she has learned as a professional and upwardly mobile woman to our girls in the BT2U Program. We Love Ms. Lauren! |

Rudolph Richardson, BS – Program Specialist
Mr. Richardson brings many talents to the Life Force family. Mr. Richardson is a talented professional musician who has traveled throughout Europe, written movie scores and taught music and the arts for over twenty years. Mr. Richardson shares his professional talents with all of our youth, especially the ones involved in our Young Gents program, which he directs. We Love Mr. Richardson! |

Alesia Warren – Family Support Worker
Alesia has been with Life Force for six years. Starting off as a volunteer, she then became a Dundu Dole Company member, and also worked with our youth in our “Explore The Arts” Summer Camp program. Ms. Alesia loved working with the youth so much, she signed on as a Family Support Worker with our Be True To You (BT2U) Girls Program. Ms. Alesia is our Social Butterfly. We Love Her! |

Charlotte Bryant – Contract Services / Van Driver
Also known as Mama Charlotte, has been with Life Force for five years . In addition to making sure all our children arrive safely on a daily basis, Mama Charlotte in her spare time, helps with everything that needs to be done including cooking a mean pot of collard greens. We REALLY Love Mama Charlotte!
